# Zapping JOE and Staking hJOE

**On the SteakHut Dashboard Navigate to the Zap Joe section**

1. Enter the amount of JOE tokens you would like to convert to hJOE
2. Hit Approve JOE and approve with your wallet when prompted
3. Hit Zap JOE and approve the transaction with your wallet when prompted

*Note: If it is your first time using the platform, you may have to approve your JOE tokens for use with the contract by pressing the "Approve" button when prompted. After that transaction has been confirmed, you can press the "Zap" button to Zap your JOE to hJOE.*

**On the SteakHut Dashboard Navigate to the Zapper section**

1. Under "Stake hJOE" enter the quantity of hJOE tokens you would like to stake and then hit "Stake hJOE".
2. Sit back and enjoy your returns!
3. STEAK emissions are earnt in real-time, allowing you to start harvesting as soon as you like.
